Westfield Surgery
You can order your repeat medication in several ways:
- Order your medication online
- Over the counter
- By post
Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in writing by using the slip attached to their previous prescription.
Alternatively you can order online. Registration is required before using the system for the first time. New users should visit the surgery with photo ID for login details.
Please allow 48 working hours if collecting from the surgery or 4 working days if collecting from one of the local pharmacies. Please remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor or nurse practitioner at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
